Emily Weisband is a serious and gifted writer. At twelve years old Emily learned her first guitar chords and started putting together her first tunes at about the same time. The next thing your become acutley aware of is her perfect pitch and her uncanny ability to lay down blood harmonies with her sister Emily. It is really amazing to find a recording artist who can pick out a harmony on the fly and make it blend into "One Voice" effortlessly. Even the most experienced artists are challenged by laying down harmony tracks in the studio in two or three takes. Anna amazes even seasoned engineers with her "One Take Anna" approach. It is just the natural ability to hear the notes but then to sing them perfectly with every inflection is unbelieveable, and then to do it live. You have to see it and hear it for yourself.
